15” wide, 10” deep, 4” tall.

I love building boxes. It’s always a reality check because you’d think building something small would be much quicker and easier than a full-size piece of furniture. But due to the level of detail on a small scale, it can often be more challenging.

My wife asked if I could build her something to store her collection of sunglasses. So I saw it as an opportunity to make another box. I tried making wood hinges for the first time on this project. I was happy with the end result but not the process. It’s not something I have any desire to repeat.
